Hii guys, Here are some of the commonly asked questions by a researcher to lead a life towards research


1. How to bring novelty to an existing project

Novelty can be brought to a project by your own ideas and giving them shape through work. Literature survey is really important to bring novelty to any project.


 

2. How to get involved in various other academics related events other than the ones at our institute?

Be updated on social media apps like LinkedIn and Facebook and follow groups related to your academic interest.


 

3. What should be the mindset while beginning a research?

The mindset should be to carry out your work in a systematic manner and be ready to face challenges

 

4. What all are the saddest endings of a research?

Dead ends after working so much

 

5) What is the most difficult part of doing research?

To stay motivated and tackle challenges, especially problems which are not under our control.

 

6) How different is working in the lab since the pandemic has happened?

The working capacity of lab was reduced but there was a particular slot given to different students. While working in less number increases efficiency, slot wise work is not useful in continuous work. We also have to be extra cautious now.

 

7)What keeps you motivated?

I have come this far, I can do anything.
